We are made to be abundant. When you look around. what do you see? Food is growing everywhere around you. All you need is a seed, soil, and water. We have become so consumed with greed that we forget about what's right in front of us for free. Everyone wants to be rich but we are already rich if we would only stop and look. everyone wants to be loved but we forget that there is love all around. Learning about the chakras helps me to understand nature so much better and why I feel so at peace and nurtured when I am in the countryside. The Green Chakra is the Heart Chakra and it symbolizes love so whenever I catch myself feeling lonely and needy  I look outside and hug myself as well as the trees and remember that I am love and cared for. When you realize that all that's left is to feel blissful and to share. This puts you in a state of trance, the positive one.
